For best results, place one dropperful under your tongue. Hold for 30 seconds for quickest absorbtion. You may use up to three dropperfuls but I recommend you start small and work up.
ReferING to a "dropperful" is the amount of liquid you can draw up into the dropper. Do not expect to get a full loaded dropper. It will equate to about 30 droplets each draw or "dropperful".
You may find the alcohol tincture too intense. If you don't enjoy the taste or the feeling you may dilute the tincture.
Add to teas, or a shot of water to ease the experience.
